Founded in 1990, Asia Polysacks is a leading producer of polypropylene woven packaging based in Thailand. We offer made-to-order one stop packaging solutions of various sizes, packing weight requirements and finishes for a range of applications including rice, animal feeds, fertiliser, petfood, tapioca and chemical. Since our inception, Asia Polysacks have prided ourselves on consistently producing good quality products at competitive prices, by utilising our extensive experience, operational expertise and the latest manufacturing technology available from the leading global technology suppliers.
The production facilities are located on a single c.33-acre site 35km south of Bangkok. Our 45,000sqm facilities consist of two major production sections, light fabric and heavy fabric, with a combined monthly production capacity of more than 1,000 tonnes. All production processes, including extrusion, weaving, and printing, are in-house to ensure consistency in quality and timely delivery.

Quality Comes First
Product quality is the single most important factor for our company. We consistently test our products at each manufacturing step to ensure our products comply with the specifications and quality standards agreed with our customers. Our production facilities invest in a number of critical quality measurement technologies, including, tape/fabric tensile testing machines, zahn cups, drop test simulation and FIBC testing machine (Rabodata compliant).
